Turning the Corner
From where I live there is a track that takes me over a small bridge over the railway line and down to the River Wick. I take this track almost daily to walk my dogs from home. Dog walking is something that dominates my life. Having 3 dogs makes it a priority.
These daily walks along the side of the river have lead me to appreciate so much more than the 1st viewing would. They say familiarity breeds contempt but to me it also brings fondness and an appreciation of beauty that is perhaps not obvious first time looking.
This is the 3rd piece I have done from my walks here, it is my space for clearing my head, having a break and enjoying the joy of my dogs running and swimming.
