Lighting the Way – Longhope
One of two pictures inspired by the coastline running along the south coast of Longhope and the walk that is there. This picture depicts the view looking onto the second part of the coastline and far in the distance you can see Cantick Head Lighthouse. Lighting the Way. The walk winds its way round each of the outcrops and bays with stony beaches, each corner bringing a new view to see. I hope that I have captured that feeling of meandering distance. This walk was spent collecting and removing plastic from the bays. Rucksacks and dog bags filled with remnants from the Pentland Firth.
